My first given name is Angelina, yet, many people know me as Angie, Frau Castellini, Jellybean... There are stories attached to all of my names. Some have accompanied me since birth, others are recent. Each name makes me someone slightly different within my relationships.
In English, I go by she/her pronouns. My mothertongue is German and I am learning how gendering every noun with der/die/das has played has shaped my understanding of life. I also speak Dutch, Spanish, and un petit peu of French. Language, cultures and (land) customs associated with them are fascinating to me and I feel most at home in environments where I can mix and play with the different ways of meaning-making.
My teachers are many, my practices plentiful, and the humans I work with come from varied walks of life. The one 'project' that feeds into all of my work is my journey of un/learning, developing and becoming who I am: my YES AND VENTURE! Who I am to you, will therefore be shaped by how we interact with each other and where we'll go together. I look forward to meeting you!
I share a deep sense of connection with and gratitude for many people, communities and practices that I have been able to play with so far. Even when I work alone, there are other people standing behind me. Thanks to all of them, I am learning to understand myself through ever deeper layers of my process.

Foundations & Credentials
My caring family, my deeply loving partner, my trusted friends, all of the practitioners and authors not listed above, my talented mutual-mentors, my trusting students, the land on which I walk and live, all beings and nature which provide me with all that is necessary to live and thrive as a human being.
Currently, I work with three different groups of people: Applied Improvisation practitioners, children learning the German language, and People Need People hosts.
I love collaborating with other practitioners whose work aligns with mine. Here will soon be faces of some people whom you might meet during my public workshops and events.
If, through our work together, you or I notice that there are deeper issues that need addressing, I can recommend professional therapists and practitioners to you, or point you towards websites where you may find one. I cannot take any responsibility for their way of working, however.
If you are in crisis now, these helplines might come in handy: Crisis Centres Around the World, International Suicide Hotlines, Worldwide Emotional Support.
